After spending 10 years in the classroom, I realized something was missing in education. This huge key factor to success was individualized education for every student. I had 25-30 kids in my class and it was impossible to meet each and every one of their specific needs. I knew through tutoring I could develop customized individual education plans for students. After 4 years of tutoring by myself, I decided to hire tutors and train them to do exactly what I do and reach even more students!
